Marj and Nikki purchased WS Hot Lil Miss (Katie) as a weanling in 2006 at the Manitoba Superhorse Futurity and Sale from Wayne and Sandra Sagin. The filly was eye catching with her quiet demeanor, dark brown color and her neck that went on forever. In the late spring, Katie started lunge line training. She was a very balanced filly, naturally low headed and a great loper. Katie and Nikki went on to win the 2007 Harvest Gold Lungeline Futurity. As a two year old Katie was sent to Whispering Sands Training Centre to get started. Her great movement and quiet mind made riding an easy transition for Katie. The mare also had a talent for showmanship. In 2008, Katie and Nikki earned 7.5 points in showmanship. The mare also went on to win 4th at the Manitoba Superhorse Futurity out of a field of more than 30 horses. 2009 looks to be an exciting year with the pair adding Hunter Under Saddle, Hunt Seat Equitation, Horsemanship and Trail to their line-up.

- Point Earner for her first time in Green Western Pleasure, Hunter Under Saddle and Trail

- Earner of over $3800 in Futurity Winnings
- AQHA Point Earner
